Spay & Neuter Legislation News
During the next legislative session, a bill will be
introduced that will help pay for spay/neuter surgeries for dogs and cats owned
by low-income individuals, and spay/neuter surgeries for feral and free-roaming
cats. We need affordable and accessible spay/neuter surgery throughout
Washington to help end the euthanasia of tens of thousands of dogs and cats in
our shelters each year--animals that are healthy or treatable and just don't
